What is Leadership215?
Leadership215 (L215), is a Every Nation’s leadership education program of 12 courses developed and taught by Every Nation leaders from around the world
help establish theological foundations for ministers of the Gospel. It’s about more than just information! Deepen your relationship with God through His Word!
City Life presents L215 as a follow up to Foundations Class. While originally designed as a minimum
training program for ordained ministers of EN, the application of the content material is not exclusive to ministers and missionaries. We invite anyone with a passion to know more about the Christian faith to be a part.
City Life’s goal for L215 is to equip and empower our
members to Live Biblically, Think Theologically, Love Compassionately, and Worship Doctrinally.
Are there L215 prerequisites?
Yes, City Life Church Membership, Hermeneutics, and Foundations Class completion is required to enroll in L215.
Hermeneutics Class will be offered to the whole church regardless of the prerequisites. ThE class will be held in person with a 2 hour duration.
During the time, instructors will guide participants through lesson material and exercises designed around the lesson. Participants will have the option to freely join classes to get firsthand experience with the
L215 program. There is no commitment (to L215) necessary to partake in the Hermeneutics Class;
however, those participants looking to enroll in the rest of the program will be expected to attend all 8 of these lessons.

What is expected from prospective students?
We estimate that study of weekly course material will require about 3 hours minimally. On Sunday, students will gather in person during which time instructors will overview the week’s material, providing students will the opportunity to engage in discussion. This dual process
is designed to equip students with knowledge and empower them to live out the material.
